What we collect

When you complete an eligibility check we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, postcode, home ownership status, energy bill range and whether you have existing solar. We also collect standard analytics data (via Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel) about how you use the site.

How we use it

Your information is used to assess your eligibility for solar and battery rebate programs, to connect you with accredited installation partners where you conditionally qualify, and to contact you about your enquiry. We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketers.

Disclosure

Where your home conditionally qualifies, relevant details are shared with CEC-accredited installer partners servicing your area so they can provide quotes. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Storage and security

Data is stored on secure servers and transmitted over encrypted connections. We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) for analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
